Each Deluxe Setup gets my 6-step process:
Pre-setup inspection
Check and measure the neck relief, action, and identify any pre-existing issues before the setup.
2. Fret level and dress
Set neck to perfectly straight, then expertly level all frets.
Recrown all frets and polish them to a brilliant shine.
3. Fretboard
Thoroughly clean and condition the fretboard, if required.
4. Setup
Fit fresh strings, set neck relief, adjust action if required, and inspect the nut to ensure correct slot depth.
5. Fine Tuning
Clean and tighten machine heads and inspect electrics (if installed).
6. Final inspection and polish
Ensure all issues are corrected and final all-over polish.
